The constant interface of the objective and the subjective, and other opposite forces in the design process until a fine balance is achieved, results in a unique architectural identity, a hybrid of beauty and function. 212's design philosophy is about achieving a fine balance - of beauty and function, of timelessness and progression, of fact and fiction, of originality and efficiency. we create a reformed sense of harmony through the unpredictable using alternative materials and methods of execution. In the end our work reveals attention to detail, optimal user-friendliness, a play of textures, harmony of materials.
